This is advance notice of a planned maintenance at EU1.AMS location Location = SDC1, Dronten, NL Service Type = Room divider maintenance, A-feed Room 3 Start: 14.12.2018 00:00 CET End: 14.12.2018 02:00 CET Duration: 1 -2 hours Services affected: we have only one rack in Room 3, only small amount of dedicated servers can be rebooted during this maintenance. Our support team will contact owners of dedicated servers with details and recommendations. This maintenance time has been chosen with the reason that the average European and international users will be minimally affected. During this maintenance the power redundancy in your rack will be disabled, the a-feed divider will be connected to the new main power divider C. During this maintenance your primary B power feed will not be affected. In the same time we will combine this maintenance with a planned event (circuit breaker test and service) for next year, this will prevent a new maintenance window in 2019 Please make sure that single connected devices on the A-feed pdu are gracefully shut down or powered off before this maintenance window. If you want to make sure that hardware such as your switches or routers will stay online during the maintenance, please contact support to double check if these devices are connected to the B-Feed.
