Scheduled high-voltage installation maintenance will take place at one of the datacenters serving our EU1.AMS Twin DC location on August 24 and 25, 2026. Work will be performed each day from 07:00 to 16:00 CEST (05:00–14:00 UTC).
During the maintenance, the facility will operate using its emergency power system to maintain power redundancy. No interruption or impact to customer services is expected.
The work has been assessed as low risk and will be carried out in accordance with the facility’s established maintenance and safety procedures.

Our supplier will replace the control system of the emergency power supply at our EU9.DUS location in Düsseldorf. The maintenance window is scheduled from September 2, 2026, at 08:00 CEST until September 3, 2026, at approximately 14:00 CEST (September 2, 06:00 – September 3, 12:00 UTC).
The existing emergency power supply will be taken out of service for approximately six hours during this window. A temporary replacement generator will maintain emergency power availability, and all systems will remain protected by the UPS system. No impact on customer services is expected.
This work is required to maintain the reliability of the emergency power infrastructure. Our supplier’s service technician will perform the maintenance in cooperation with our technical team.
