We will perform scheduled network maintenance at both datacenters in our EU5.GDN location in Gdansk. The maintenance window is September 17, 2026, 09:00 to September 18, 2026, 19:00 CEST (September 17, 07:00 to September 18, 17:00 UTC). We will replace the core routers and add carrier interconnections.

During the core router replacement, VDS, Dedicated Server, and Colocation customers may experience a network connectivity interruption of up to approximately 15 minutes. At one of the two datacenters, switch replacement and cabling work will also interrupt connectivity to some servers for a few seconds. These brief interruptions may occur at any point during the maintenance window.

The top-of-rack switches at that datacenter will be replaced to provide more 10 Gbps ports in each rack and redundant 40/100 Gbps connections from each rack to the backbone. The network upgrades will increase capacity and are expected to reduce latency for VDS, Dedicated Servers, and Colocation services at EU5.GDN.

We are investigating a network connectivity issue affecting several major peers at our EU2.SOF location in Sofia. The issue may be related to a carrier's fiber transport network within the city, but the cause has not yet been confirmed.

We have switched traffic to backup carriers. No major connectivity issues are currently expected for customers, although some destinations may experience increased or fluctuating latency while these alternative routes are in use.

Our engineers continue to investigate the issue. We will publish updates on this status page as more information becomes available.
