Notification of the status of UA1 and UA2 data centers.

Starting from 5:00 EET on February 24, data centers UA1 and UA2 provide services "as is", without guarantees of service availability and data safety. The provision of "on site" technical support is also not guaranteed in these locations. Our absolute priority is the safety of our colleagues and our clients - please do not plan visits to data centers.

For most virtual services, we back up user data in our data centers in other regions. For dedicated servers - we are ready to provide our customers with dedicated servers of a similar configuration in our other data centers for data migration.

Contact our support team for details.

Past Incidents

Monday 6th July 2026

Scheduled Maintenance: EU9. DUS Network Infrastructure Upgrade, scheduled 8 hours ago

We will perform annual maintenance at our EU9.DUS location in Germany.

Maintenance window:

July 6, 2026, 08:00 UTC / 10:00 DUS local time to July 7, 2026, 13:00 UTC / 15:00 DUS local time

During this maintenance, we will upgrade our network infrastructure by adding new line card members to the existing virtual switch chassis platform.

To enable the new line cards and required features, we will need to reboot the master and backup members of the platform. During this process, some dedicated and virtual servers may become temporarily unavailable or may experience limited network connectivity.

Expected impact:

Up to approximately 10 minutes of limited or unavailable network access for affected services.

We apologize for the expected temporary network disruption and appreciate your understanding.

EU1.AMS Scheduled Network Hardware Maintenance 03/07/2026, scheduled 3 days ago

We will perform scheduled network maintenance in one of our EU1.AMS datacenters at MEP.

Maintenance window:

  • July 3, 2026, 10:30-15:30 UTC
  • July 3, 2026, 12:30-17:30 Amsterdam time

Scope of work:

During this maintenance, we will rearrange cabling in several racks and reconnect Ethernet uplinks to new Ethernet infrastructure switches. This work is part of adding another Ethernet cluster at MEP to improve reliability, increase available capacity, and enable 10G/40G services for customers.

Expected impact:

Virtualization services are not affected. Some dedicated servers and legacy colocation services may experience brief network interruptions while Ethernet connections are moved to the new infrastructure. We do not expect significant downtime; any interruption is expected to be limited to approximately 5-15 minutes per affected connection.

We will monitor the work throughout the maintenance window and update this status page if there are any changes.
