We will perform scheduled network maintenance at our EU8.MXP location in Milan on August 6, 2026, from 08:30 to 17:00 CEST (06:30–15:00 UTC). During this maintenance, we will upgrade core network components with next-generation hardware.
Customers with services at EU8.MXP may experience a brief interruption in network connectivity lasting approximately 5–15 minutes during the maintenance window.
The upgrade will improve network reliability, add high-speed ports for connecting additional peering partners, and enable further expansion of our internal network capacity to 100 Gbps and beyond without requiring additional service interruptions. Scheduled maintenance of the main building transformer system will take place at our EU7.BUC location in Bucharest on August 6, 2026, from 07:00 to 18:00 EEST (04:00-15:00 UTC).
During the maintenance, the datacenter will be powered by backup generators. No interruption or impact to customer services is expected.
The work is required to maintain the reliability of the facility’s power infrastructure.

We will perform scheduled infrastructure maintenance at our EU6.GVA location in Geneva from August 8, 2026, at 09:00 CEST through August 9, 2026, at 16:00 CEST (August 8, 07:00 UTC – August 9, 14:00 UTC). The work includes adding compute nodes and network modules and replacing faulty components in selected servers.
Dedicated server customers are not expected to experience any service interruption. A small number of VDS instances will be rebooted to complete required microcode upgrades on specific hardware.

Scheduled high-voltage installation maintenance will take place at one of the datacenters serving our EU1.AMS Twin DC location on August 24 and 25, 2026. Work will be performed each day from 07:00 to 16:00 CEST (05:00–14:00 UTC).
During the maintenance, the facility will operate using its emergency power system to maintain power redundancy. No interruption or impact to customer services is expected.
The work has been assessed as low risk and will be carried out in accordance with the facility’s established maintenance and safety procedures.
