Network and Power Maintenance - US4.ORD

We will perform scheduled network and power infrastructure maintenance at our US4.ORD location in Chicago from August 3, 2026, at 09:00 CDT through August 4, 2026, at 17:00 CDT (August 3, 14:00 UTC – August 4, 22:00 UTC). The work includes upgrading our routing infrastructure with next-generation hardware and replacing damaged or insufficient-capacity power distribution components. VDS and Dedicated Server customers should expect a brief interruption in network connectivity during the router replacement. The interruption is expected to last approximately 10 minutes, although it may take slightly longer. Some Dedicated Servers may also reboot while power connections are being transferred, as both power feeds require brief maintenance in certain racks. The maintenance is required to improve the capacity and reliability of the network and power infrastructure. If you have any questions, please contact our support team through the customer portal.
