We investigating network performance degradation on UA1.KHA location. More information about this incident will be posted soon.
Seems to be removing one of modules from paths resolve today's issue with network performance and interface flapping. Now all metrics back to normal.

Possible cause of interface flapping is eliminated - broken module removed, network rerouted using different paths. We monitoring network performance now.
