All systems back to normal. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Customers with questions or concerns are encouraged to reach out to our support team.
Backbone router replaced, all traffic redirected to fully functional device.
Broken devices removed from network.
Preparation for final border router platform replacement almost done. We expect one or two minor packet loss or BGP flap for 30-60 seconds during next 30 minutes.
We are continuing to replace the border router. Our staff working onsite with duty engineers. We will keep you informed about progress and ETA.
Unfortunately, work-around procedures was not enough. We started procedures to switch router to another one for most services.
Connectivity restored, affected device was booted from backup storage. We monitoring this issue.
Unfortunately, router crash occured again. Our staff working to setup work-around to prevent further outages.
issue was caused by backbone router software crash. We investigating dump to identify root cause of reboot. All metrics back to normal now.
