Impacted services: Activation of new VDS and dedicated server orders, allocation of additional IP addresses, and IP address replacements. Active services are not affected.
Incident description:
During security updates to several infrastructure components, additional changes to the IP address allocation system became necessary. As a result, new service activations and IP address requests may take significantly longer than usual.
The vendor is working on the issue, and we remain in close contact with their developers. Existing VDS, dedicated servers, colocation, and related services continue to operate normally.
