We are investigating a network connectivity issue affecting several major peers at our EU2.SOF location in Sofia. The issue may be related to a carrier's fiber transport network within the city, but the cause has not yet been confirmed. We have switched traffic to backup carriers. We continue to investigate the connectivity issue at our EU2.SOF location in Sofia. Customer traffic has been rerouted through stable peers while investigation and testing continue on the affected paths using test traffic only.
