Some portal functions, including account top-up, ticket system access, service ordering, and related operations, may be temporarily unavailable or may work with delays during the maintenance window.
Active services are not affected by this maintenance. Servers, virtual machines, networking, and customer workloads are expected to continue operating normally.
No action is required from customers. We will update this status page if there are any significant changes.
