Today 11-Sep-2022 at 20:00 EEST, the Kharkiv electrical grid was damaged after the shelling of the city by russians. Our UA1.KHA datacenter is currently operating on diesel generators, but we cannot predict the duration and uninterrupted operation of services and connectivity. The safety of our employees in Kharkiv is our priority, so we cannot currently schedule diesel generator refueling or work on the territory of the data center.
As we notified earlier, services in the UA1.KHA data center are provided as-is, with no guarantee of availability. If you want to migrate the service to another data center - do it, we will assist with migration as usual.
