US1.LAX - LAN unavailability for some servers Sunday 27th October 2019
Due to a hardware failure, network availability for small amount of dedicated servers @ US1.LAX may be limited. On-site engineers are working to fix the issue.
Issue resolved, only minor things left to do. Our apologies for connectivity degradation for some affected services.
We still working on this incident. Almost all of affected systems switched to backup network infrastructure. only few servers still can have network issue or management interface unavailability.
