During this moment there were multiple very large DDoS attacks at the same time. Some of our ip-transit ports were overloaded and caused an increase of latency and some packet loss for a few minutes. Within a few seconds, our BGP-Robot automatically took action by de-announcing the attacked subnets. This action solved the problem.
