EU2.SOF (Telepoint-I DC) partial outage Monday 24th June 2019
We noticed partial outage in EU2.SOF location. Onsite staff investigating issue with one of power feed. Small amount of dedicated servers and instances was rebooted due to this incident.
More information will be posted later.
issue seems to be resolved now.
Update from onsite staff: The electricity power flap was caused by transfer between main and backup power supply. Currently on site are the technical team and the power utility team. They are making sure the problem is resolved.
