We have planned network and software maintenance and upgrade at SOF (Telepoint) between 27-Sep-2018 (14:00 UTC) and 28-Sep-2018 (16:00 UTC). With this maintenance we will add more capacity to rack switches, upgrade software on control systems and perform upgrade of customer's servers on few racks.
We do not expect any significal impact to services. During network upgrade process rack switches will be connected with additional links to core network, it may cause minor packet loss for few seconds. Also, we will move small amount of dedicated servers to another racks. Owners of affected services will be directly contacted by our ticket system with additional information.
