Update: UA2.IEV (Kyiv, UA) Datacenter

Update time:

  • 08:30 UTC
  • 09:30 CET
  • 03:30 Miami local time (EST) (Originally at 10:30 EET)

Connectivity has been restored. All services are currently active.

According to the datacenter personnel report, the outage was caused by an unexpected delay of the ATS switch during transition from the main power grid to DGU (diesel generator units). During the incident investigation, the ATS was switched to manual mode and power was successfully transferred to DGU.

Due to this delay, battery capacity was fully consumed, which resulted in both A and B power feeds being unavailable for approximately 30 minutes.

We would like to remind our customers that services in UA2.IEV are currently provided on an as-is basis, without guarantees of availability or data integrity. Given the ongoing military situation, we can guarantee only that our team and the datacenter staff are doing everything possible and reasonable to maintain service availability under these conditions.

Further updates will be posted here if needed. Thank you for your understanding.
