Scheduled Maintenance – Customer Portal Upgrade Saturday 11th October 2025

We will perform an upgrade of our Customer Portal (my.itldc.com) to improve stability and performance. Maintenance will start on 11 October 2025 at 15:30 UTC.

The expected downtime for the Customer Portal is up to 2 hours. During this time:

• All services will continue to operate normally – no downtime is expected for running servers or infrastructure.
• New service orders may experience deployment delays.
• Some payment systems may be temporarily unavailable.
• Support requests may be processed with slight delays.
