Please be informed that we have scheduled a migration and maintenance for our EWR datacenter. The migration will occur between February 28, 2024, 13:00 local time (UTC-5) and March 01, 2024, 20:00 local time (UTC-5).
During this maintenance, we will be deploy new telecommunications infrastructure, racks, and cabling systems in the new datacenter. Servers and other components will be carefully transported to the new location during this maintenance window.
Expected downtime for active services is less than 6 hours in total. This migration is part of our ongoing efforts to modernize our infrastructure and enhance service performance.
