We would like to remind you that starting tomorrow noon, preparatory works for the placement of new UPS units will take place in MasterDC Prague (EU4.PRG), followed by the upgrade itself on Wednesday evening, which will require a short shutdown of the “A” power supply branch. Please read important details below.
From Tuesday, 2 August, 2022, 12:00 p.m., to Wednesday, 3 August, 2022, 6:00 p.m., preparations for the placement of new UPS units will take place. We would like to inform you of the increased risk of an outage during this time frame. On Wednesday, 3 August 2022, the new UPS units will be connected, which requires a shut down of the A power supply branch from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. During this time frame, the power supply for your services will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes. It is necessary to shut down your servers before the operation.
