EU4.PRG (Prague.CZ) upgrade

We are excited to announce an upcoming upgrade to our EU4.PRG datacenter located in Prague, Czech Republic. This maintenance is part of our commitment to continuously improve and ensure the highest quality of service for our customers.

Maintenance Details

Scheduled Dates: April 28-29, 2024 Expected Downtime: Up to 30 minutes

During this period, we will be undertaking significant upgrades to enhance our infrastructure. All existing servers will be relocated to a newly designed server room equipped with advanced network hardware and updated power distribution systems. This move is aimed at boosting performance, improving reliability, and enhancing the overall security of our data center.

What to Expect

While we aim to minimize disruptions, some downtime of up to 30 minutes should be expected. This downtime is necessary to ensure a smooth transition and secure installation of all equipment in the new server room. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this brief interruption.

Notification of the status of UA1 and UA2 data centers.

Starting from 5:00 EET on February 24, data centers UA1 and UA2 provide services "as is", without guarantees of service availability and data safety. The provision of "on site" technical support is also not guaranteed in these locations. Our absolute priority is the safety of our colleagues and our clients - please do not plan visits to data centers.

For most virtual services, we back up user data in our data centers in other regions. For dedicated servers - we are ready to provide our customers with dedicated servers of a similar configuration in our other data centers for data migration.

UA1.KHA Network maintenance 24/06/2020 - 26/06/2020, scheduled 3 years ago

Our network team has scheduled maintenance on core routers in UA1.KHA. This is pro-active maintenance to ensure optimal performance of the networking infrastructure.

We expect there to be no significant impact, nor interruption to network connectivity. However, users may experience brief delays or short packet loss during switching traffic between core routers or BGP reconfiguration.
