Summary:
One of 20 ton HVAC units requires repair of a faulty component. HVAC technicians are currently on site working on the unit. During these repairs this HVAC unit will be operating at reduced capacity (approximately 50%). Customers within datacenter may notice increased temperature during this emergency maintenance window. Once repairs are completed all temperatures will return to normal. We do not anticipate any customer facing impact other than brief temperature increases.
