We are currently experiencing a network outage at the FiberHub datacenter in Seattle. Onsite team is actively working to mitigate the issue, which has resulted in partial connectivity loss and network timeouts. At this time, there is no estimated time for resolution (ETR). Status Update: Network Outage at FiberHub Seattle Datacenter

We are still experiencing a network outage at the FiberHub datacenter in Seattle. Technicians are actively working to resolve the issue, which has resulted in partial connectivity loss. All hardware is up and running, and your data remains safe. The outage affects only network connectivity services—unfortunately, the IP network is not available from most destinations routed via Zayo NSP. However, networks connected via HE peerings can reach SEA location without issues.

There is currently no estimated time for resolution (ETR). Further updates will be provided as available.

Most recovery processes at the FiberHub Seattle datacenter have been completed, and partial network access is expected to be restored soon. However, we still do not have an estimated time for full resolution (ETR) from the datacenter staff. We appreciate your continued patience and will keep you updated on any further developments.
