SG1.SIN Network Degradation Issue Saturday 11th May 2024


We are currently experiencing a partial network degradation in our Singapore datacenter SG1.SIN. Our technical teams are actively investigating the issue to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

The reason for the unavailability of the network in some directions subsea cable damage in the region. Many networks in Asia are affected. Still no ETA.

Update from the supplier:

Customers Transiting our network from Europe to our Asian markets may be experiencing Latency and Packet Loss. Multiple vessels are currently being gathered and/or being dispatched to carry out the repair operations from the submarine faults currently being reported. There is NO ETR at this time.
