Service deployment delays due to scheduled maintenance Tuesday 30th December 2025

Due to ongoing scheduled maintenance, there may be temporary delays (up to few hours) in deploying new SSD VDS services and new dedicated server orders.

Please note the following important points:

Existing services are not affected and continue to operate normally.
Some management features may be temporarily unavailable or delayed, including:
- VNC or console access
- Additional IP address allocations
- Certain provisioning and post-deployment actions
All delayed actions will be completed automatically once maintenance is finished.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. These works are necessary to ensure long-term stability and performance of our infrastructure.

Update on US3.MIA datacenter migration*

As of 14:30 UTC (09:30 Miami local time), we have entered the final phase of the migration process. Our team is currently moving the remaining infrastructure and dedicated servers to the new datacenter location.

We expect the downtime during this phase to be up to approximately 4 hours, although some services may become available earlier as systems are brought online gradually.
