We would like to inform you about a scheduled migration of our US3.MIA (Miami) datacenter to a new facility.

Updated maintenance window: December 30 - December 31, 2025

What to expect

Virtualization infrastructure and dedicated servers are planned to be migrated on December 30 and 31.
The migration will be performed in stages to minimize service impact.
For most services, the expected downtime is up to 3-5 hours per system.

Customer notifications

We will contact affected customers by email with an exact schedule and service-specific details closer to the migration dates.

Why this migration

The current facility is scheduled for renovation, and this move allows us to upgrade US3.MIA to a new, more powerful datacenter, better suited for future growth and next-generation hardware.

Update on US3.MIA datacenter migration*

As of 14:30 UTC (09:30 Miami local time), we have entered the final phase of the migration process. Our team is currently moving the remaining infrastructure and dedicated servers to the new datacenter location.

We expect the downtime during this phase to be up to approximately 4 hours, although some services may become available earlier as systems are brought online gradually.
